Title: 16 Days No Reply for Refund

Hey, over two weeks ago I put in a support ticket for a refund due to auto-renewal, as I already had an ongoing subscription until next year. I'm not sure how it happened. But anyway, it's been quite a while. I can see from other posts it takes some time to respond. I'm merely posting just to make sure it's not forgotten and the refund stays possible. I have no need for 2 subscriptions.  Thanks.

Please (re)search before posting.

It has been explained in a huge amount of threads that the current handling time for tickets is +/- 15 business days.

Yea I got billed for the PC cleanup. It poped up other day when I turned on the computer. I just closed it out. Then I get billed for it 3 days later. I been using the free avast for years. Don't ever recall giving my bank account information. Also my online account at Avast.com doesn't even have my bank account info. on it..strange how it happened. I am waiting for a refund now. really sucks.
