Title: IS is banning programs from accessing the network

Like the title says, IS (firewall I guess) has suddenly started banning programs from accessing the network. Though as far as I can see, it actually doesn't ban them, just shows a popup saying it has banned this or that program. Looks like it just shows the wrong popup when it gives a program access to the network.

Yep, it's a known bug.
