Title: how to upgrade without google play store

guys i am trying to upgrade to avast mobil security pro for days now but everytime i try to add a debit or credit card i get a stupid error mesage from play store..my question is.. is there another way to pay outside of play store?

No, payments can only be done through the store.

i have license for avast mobil pro in my other cellphone...can i use the same premiun license in my new phone a samsung note 4?

And how did you paid for that license ?

You will be able to use the licence on your other device, if you use the same Google account.
