Title: Inherited licence is shown twice and is being charged as is

Have you guys even seen this scenario on your accounts?

I have  75 active devices on my account at this time,  but as you may know some times there is the need to have some fix or uninstall/install programs on computers and some times the AV get stucked and it needs to be uninstalled  from the pc and then reinstall.

As for all of our pc´s that had some kind of problem in the past, i see a duplicated row of that pc being shown on my AV console,   the console shows 2 rows from the same pc,  and one row is shown as active/updated  device  and the 2nd row shows a critical state (danger)  and last seen  several months ago (since  AV reinstall)   but   both are being charged as a separate licence.,  so im being charged twiche for the same device?
