Title: Avast doesn't want to run properly

Hi to all,

Very used to use AIS, I install it properly each time i have to do it.

So, for several days, AIS refuse to get all agents on. Actually the firewall service, positioned to start automatically, doesn't want to stay active even if I start it manually. Windows tells that it may be that some windows services don't start if any program using it, is not active!!!!!!! surprising, no!

I've try to do a clean install but without any other behavior of the AIS system. I've used the last version downloaded from the avast web site. I don't know what to do more.

I've tried to install another antivirus-firewall software: ESET. This one has also several problems to work properly and, after a couple of hours working on it, I've decided to uninstall it. At each uninstall, I use Ccleaner to delete everything which could stay on the computer.

I decided yesterday to install AIS for a free month: without license introduction. Once to install done, I planned immediately, before any problem, a windows start scan. This one has been done at the following windows start and found anything.

What happened to this windows system working on windows 10 64 bits.

I have also the same problem on another computer working with windows 8.1.

I don't understand anything and don't know what I can do else.

Right now it sounds like your system has remnants of both Eset and Avast. Never a good idea.
