Title: Can't find my phone

I have change Avast Theft to Avast mobile security. I try find my phone by test, but many times he can't connect. Why ? I have avast enable running if the phone is sleeping. I have try another anti theft and they do the same, they can sometime connect with my phone and sometime, there is no connection.

edit: By making the picture, the phone was power on and I have the phone active !

As you have the problem with multiple AT's, the problem is not avast.
As location finding nowadays is almost solely done by GPS, make sure it is always on even when the phone is in sleep mode.
Not saying it will hellp, but it is worth to try.
