Title: "Secure Connection Failed" message when attempting log on to valid Websites

Hi, I am attempting to log in to www.dmv.ca.gov as well as a job search with my county's official Website: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/mendocinoca but keep getting the "Secure Connection Failed" message. I searched Firefox and they stated it was my antivirus, please help.

And if you try another browser, same message?

Both work for me. See if disabling https scanning in Webshield makes a difference.
