Hello I need someone urgently from AVAST to contact me in reference to a payment been taken and I don't have an account,

I have tried the link you gave, it doesn't help, I don't have an account, I had to register yesterday just to log into this forum, I have tried to send email but it will not allow me without a order reference number, I don't have a order reference number, I never received any form of email, in reference to an order, I tried to phone the number, but I would be charged to phone as I'm in Greece, I need some one to speak to resolve this, I also want to know how avast has my bank details and was able to take money from my account, I only know about this company via my bank statement showing a payment made to this company, I have never herd of this company, I need URGENT answers so please someone email me. PLEASE
