My old laptop recently died and I purchased another one. When I accessed my avast account to install my avast software, I changed my email address associated with my account (as the old email was no longer valid). Unfortunately, it says that I don't have any licenses available to download onto my new laptop! I removed the old laptop from my protected devices, but it still says that I have zero licenses available. I tried your "download license" page, but it says that my new email address doesn't have an licenses and I cannot access my old email account. How can I recover the licenses that I've already paid for?
