The free avast security for mac is blocking certain websites such as tracfone. A popup does not appear but the websites are not accessible. The tracfone website comes up with a message that it is unavailable due to maintenance. I can access the website when I disable web shield in Avast. Adding the website to excluded servers does not help. Suggestions?

if you are talking about the "Error code 16" that's on the screenshot bellow then it has nothing to do with Avast. You'll have to reach the owner of the website and ask them what's wrong.

No error code comes up. The tracfone website just says it is on maintenance. See screen shot below. I can access the website when I disable web shield in Avast. Adding the website to excluded servers does not help.
