Title: can't activate avast pro antivirus

From China. Just bought an activation code for family, but I couldn't activate avast pro with that code on my PC (system win7 64bit) . It kept popping up a window saying"The request cannot be processed at this moment, please try again later.[500]"
Anyone knows what't going on or have a solution?
Need help....... :'(

Sounds like a server problem. Any problems reaching any other sites on the internet ?
