Title: activating a licence key

Hello, my avast IS licence ran out in may, after renewing it i got a code valid untill 2018 that worked just fine untill now, all of a sudden my IS is telling me my licence has ran out and i need to renew, when i go into my subscriptions and enter my valid licence key it says 'Your products were activcated', but it just keeps telling me my licence has ran out and will not actually apply the licence. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it? i have tried reinstalling and using the avast repair tool (as recommenced by customer service) but nothing seems to work,
