Title: Unable to run program after it was sent to security center for validation

Yesterday when I launched a program, Avast said it needed to send it to a security center for further validation.  After about an hour, I saw a pop-up that said the program was OK.  However, now when I launch the program it does not run.  There's no indication of it being rejected by Avast.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

Avast Free 17.5.2303
Windows 7
No other security software installed
Only used Avast Free

I re-installed the program that wouldn't run and now it's OK.
