Title: My Password Vault is locked? How do I unlock??

I attempted to log on to a frequently visited website. My username and password did not populate as usual. The key icon at the top of my browser is locked. When I click on that icon, all I get is the message that the Password Vault is locked. Normally, I would click on that icon and enter my "master" password and move along. Now, I seem to be locked out.

Any ideas what is going on and how I fix the issue?

Can you unlock it from the application? Go to avast antivirus and pick section Privacy -> Passwords from left hand side menu
