Title: Secureline no longer able to connect

I ran SecureLine as a single produce for at least 6 months. I then bought Avast Internet Security to replace my anti-virus program. Now SecureLine does not connect to ANYWHERE! My licenses are still valid for both products. I have no other problems with connecting a browser to the Web with a Comcast 200Mbps broadband. '

I have uninstalled and re-installed each program. Internet Security has no issues. How can I get SecureLine to connect?
System/Program details are:
Avast SecureLine GPLv2
Avast Internet Security 17.5.2303
Windows 7 Home Premium  64-bit  SP1
message: "Sorry, it is not possible to establish a connection"
