Title: Renewal and billing prior to expiration of trial period

My trial period of Avast Clean Up have been changed to a full subscription prior to the expiration date and I have been billed for a full year. Furthermore the price is much higher than if I renewed it myself.
I have tried to get in contact with customer support but is forever trapped in a circle-jerk of faq-webpages.

Any inputs to what I do next?
