Title: Avast is down

I get the messege "Avast is down" or "Avast ligger nere" in swedish since i have the swedish version. Then it asks me to restart avast. But it doesnt help. It comes back and says Avast is down. Never happend before.

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

That didnt do anyting. Same problem. THink I got the same problem as this  https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=207283.0

- Which Avast..? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?

Avast free antivirus
Version 17.6.2310
Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit
No other security program running other then like windows firewall. But it didnt help turning that off.
No other antivirus program has ever been installed on computer.

1. Download Avast Free Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.
