Title: Avast Premier SERIOUS Malfunction!
Post by: Anthony J. on September 10, 2017, 01:27:09 PM
Hello,

My debit card was debited $79 and confirmed by email from Avast below:

Your Avast Premier - 1 PC has been successfully renewed.

Thank you for continuing to trust Avast to care for your PC. We appreciate your loyalty.
You’ll find the details of your plan below.

Your Auto-Renewal Order Summary

Now, the irony is, last night I got an alert that I was not protected and that I should renew my subscription (strange that, cos they practically took my money).

Anyway, I went back to that confirmation email and clicked on the link to check my order status, by signing in to avast.com/find-order with my login credentials.

I picked up an Activation Code, inserted that to my Avast, and once done I got a message that says  that they'd sent the code to my email. Well, I NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL. And when I tried again today.... NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL either! And, NO, it is NOT in my Spam folder. I've checked!

Can somebody help?

Thanks

Anthony
