Title: Where to find activation code for Avast Cleanup?

My email said 'Unfortunately, due to an error on our part, we have not been able to provide you with an activation code yet. Your code should be available at avast.com/find-order within the next 48 hours. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your understanding.' It has been more than a week and I can't find the activation code anywhere.
