I cant open added new device on my account, I get error message:
WE ARE SORRY, BUT DETAILED INFORMATION FOR DEVICE SM-J510FN IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
Could be that I am using same type of device all ready in my account but it have different serial and emai nubers.

Have you solved? I receive the same message from yesterday. Someone can help me?

Are you using the paid version of AMS or the old (free) AT version ?

I was in the beta tester and used that version of avast security. Previously I got lifetime license for my devices but after some time avast changed it and now want pay for license. This is not fair from avast, because I made more then 78+ recommendation for internet security products and even more for mobile security. It is time to look for another replacement for avast products probably.

Well, there is likely the problem.
The free version is history and things (might) not be working anymore.

Are you sure of this? Without a notice?
It has already happened to me at other times and the customer service told me that the problem was
an interruption of the Anti-Theft service then restored regularly and fixed.

Same -We are sorry, but detailed information for device... not available- problem here... Anybody has a solution? Does Avast care at all? If I need to subscribe something... what? There is no paid anti theft option...
