Title: SecureLine showed me out of state...need help to prove i was NOT out of state.

"used your SecureLine last Feb 6, 2017 to apply for a state fund that is being denied me because my IP showed me listed as beimg out of state. Is there a way it can be shown that i merely used your vpn service? About $1100 is at stake and have no other way to prove never leaving the state. Pls help?"

No, you either use SecureLine and connect to the selected server or you don't.
You will either prove to them in another way you were not out of the state or teach them that a IP address doesn't always says something about the physical location of a system.
