Title: problem with my avast internet security

for test i downloaded a patch for IDM to see what will happen
http://prntscr.com/gpsm4i the avast know it is virus
http://prntscr.com/gpsme4 but why avast didn't delete it????

It was automatically move to chest.

i always choose delete but the file wasn't deleted
how to make avast delete it?

the file isn't in the chet
but i still cant delete it with avast. (i tried to search for it with Avaira and i could delete it by avira)
