Hi, I have sent a so called request to deactivate x2 auto renewals on my account. They are not turning off. Now I would like them turned off as i was just "trailing" the VPN and Cleaner.

If you have submitted a ticket, just wait for avast to handle it.
If you haven't submitted one, create only 1 and ask avast to turn it of.

Thanks, problem is though the ticket says they have high volumes to handle, meaning will they address the issue before it renews in like 2 days??
