Title: AUDIO RECORDING AND OTHERS AFTER UPDATE

Hi everybody, after several years where this app did not miss a shot, I could not access my devices for several days by getting this message: "Currently, no detailed device information is available". So I decided to update the Mobile Security application (where anti-theft is no longer free) and now I'm testing the 14-day free trial. As I imagined, several things do not work, like the audio recording that returns this message: "failed command for an unknown reason" ("comando non riuscito per un motivo sconosciuto" in italian). Installed on Huawei p8. Before the upgrade, everything worked perfectly. Now i'm testing the 14 days, but I do not think I'll pay for something that does not work. Do you have any suggestions, did someone else happen, and how did you solve it?

Please (re)search before posting.
This issue has been mentioned a lot of times already lately.
There is no need to start a new thread about it.
As this clearly is a issue on avast's side, they need to solve it.
Nothing we can do about it.
