My Cleanup premium starting but after that just blank window comes and nothing happens
i have downloaded latest version available on website
i have run as administrator
i have tried changing settings and rebooting many a time
nothing works
please help

You will have to wait till avast presents a good working version.

Thanks! So till then my money is lost? Because they won't be changing the expiry date of the licence I am sure. Is there no way to communicate to humans in this company? Please advise

Hi,
we are sorry that you have such issues with Cleanup. In order to be able to analyze the problem and fix it we would need the log files from you computer.
They are located here: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Tuneup\log\. Please copy all files from the folder, pack them and upload them somewhere or you can use our public FTP server ftp.avast.com/ftp/incoming/ and log in as anonymous user.

I am better off than you. I got to watch a white circle,,,,,,,, doing circles for 2 hours.

LOL that circle shows working...I also had the dubious distinction of seeing it ...just didn't mention that. However avast has kindly accepted to refund my money

we are sorry for your troubles. If you could provide us with the log files from this path: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Tuneup\log\ we could analyze the issue and fix it.
You can upload the logs on some of your favourite file server or you can use our public FTP: ftp.avast.com/ftp/incoming/ and login as anonymous user.

Me too. Folks at Avast have been very good about communicating with me, every day for 5 or 6 days in a row now, but the problem persists.

Same problem for me. All I get is a continuous circle going round and endlessly round. Any fix available yet?

I received a free upgrade to Cleanup Premium via Email today from a Martin Stellar. I couldn't get the standalone version to load. However, I went into my Internet security (paid version) and after a scan it loaded up the Cleanup Premium version. After the scan it said there were several issues to be resolved. When I click continue, I'm told to upgrade and shown various pay options!!!
I already have a paid version of Cleanup, and now supposedly a free upgrade to Premium, so what's the go here??
