Hi Be Secure,

I don't think tests like these show anything surprising. It just points out that you should have latest program and virus DBs on your system with all shields up and running.

Every shield has it's own place and disabling any of them make the product less robust as there isn't any bulletproof solution even if someone tries to say otherwise.
