Title: Windows 10 Explorer not running

After using the program for the first time and rebooting the PC, I found that the screen is black and the mouse is there but nothing else. Using Task Manager (Process Hacker) I can launch "explorer.exe" and get to work. What ever is going on it is annoying and unprofessional to not catch this type of error and fix it as it has already come up on this forum.

Please suggest a more effective fix!

And what has this got to do with CleanUp ?

could you please describe what did you do with Cleanup before you got into that state? We will try to reproduce the issue so we can analyze the root cause of it and fix it.
