Title: Registiration problem

Dear Sir,

   I have the license for avast cleanup and avast internet security. After ı format my pc. I reinstall the avast internet security but ı couldnt for avast cleanup. I used all the ways for registiration ı downloaded the license file again and again, ı put the password again and again but it is not working. Please do not recomend me the classic ways. There is a problem with Avast itself. Waiting for your help.

j'ai le même problème: licence active mais impossible d'utiliser clean-up. j'ai tout essayé. ticket 05387998 le 15 octobre. Pas de réponse...
merci de résoudre le problème .

I have a problem! I am bought license by 1 year, after then I installed the program. I wrote activation code but I can activated only trial period. And now trial has gone... that's all. WTF I bought 1 f..ng year not a 13 trial days.... My code still active but it activate only trial. Can any1 help me w it? Thank you.

I have the same problem, My Avast updated on my laptop and the UI failed and wouldn't work. I reinstalled and now the activation code  for Cleanup will not register with my laptop.

I filled in the form for customer support a few days ago and still have not received anything back from them.

Pretty disappointed because when everything works AVast is the best and have a few paid services on PC.
