Title: suggestion: try again to start shields

when starting computer, usually but not always, 1 of the shields has to be manually turned on, has ! on the tray icon. i have an older win7 laptop. i thought, if it detects a shield did not start, wouldnt it be good for it to try again to start it, like how services will try multiple times to start?

Please try to enable "Load Avast services only after loading other system services" in Troubleshooting tab.
