Title: Não consigo ativá-lo

Após formatar meu HD e reinstalar o AVAST, não consigo ativar o Avast Cleanup adquirido juntamente com o antivirus. Também não consigo instalar o Browser Safe Zone. O que pode estar ocorrendo ?
