Title: Avast folder protection against Ransomware

Does Avast Premier allow to add folder from partitons that aren't system's partition?
Because I tried to add a test folder under the Ransomware section, and added it in the list, but seems that the only folders that Avast protect, are folders created in the system's partition only.
There is a particular reason?
