That is my ticket number.
I bought the VPN Program, instead of monthly, they took all the money once off i need my money back to actually live through the month yet no one has come back as to my request. Honestly, I am very upset.
I received no email, not even any form of communication. This is really unprofessional. Why do i have to struggle like this for a refund request
