Title: Renewing licence don't work

Two days ago I renewed my licence for Securline VPN. Now my computer won't connect: 'The server has refused your licence file'. The status-screen says: 'Status abonnement: Active, valueable until 01-11-2019 (726 days remaining).

????? Status correct but licence-file refused ???? What to do?????

Who can help please!

But, keep in mind that they can take a few days to handle your situation.

Is your Secureline the built in (in Avast Antivirus) or standalone version?
Did you try to download your license again and insert it again? (you'll find it here: https://my.avast.com/en-us/#licenses )

Tnx, I shall contact them. It is a built-in version, I downloaded the licence again (and tried to insert), everytime Avast says 'OK', but the file is still refused.
