Title: Need help my Mobile only Secureline doesn't connect

I have had this app for over a year, started having issues lately, I pay by month after last update...it will not connect to any servers (locations). Can someone please help me with how to open and send a ticket?
It has worked for over a year then last 2 days dead. Tried reinstalling it and still nothing. I LOVE this app.
