I have an avast premier free trial subscription that has auto renewal that I want to cancel but it doesnt show up in my licenses and I dont have an e-mail from the purchase. what do I do?

I have checked these already and they didnt help. Like I said it doesnt show up in my licenses, I dont have an e-mail of the purchase and the find order tool didnt find my order. I dont know if its because I used paypal but it doesnt find it.

So I had the subscription on another e-mail and I linked the e-mail to my account and got it to appear in my liceses and I think its auto renewal is now disabled. Thanks for help guys. :)
