Title: License punched on iPhone is not found in my account information.

I punched a multiple devices license on iPhone and install SecureLine on my iPhone and Mac.
But when I try to enable VPN on my Windows laptop, I cannot find that item from license list in my account.

What should I do to enable VPN license buy in iPhone to PC?
