Title: AVAS reports an infection in Parallels Desktop
Post by: REDACTED on November 21, 2017, 10:39:31 AM
When I start parallels there is allways a popup with an infection in an URL:MAL.
I have already exclude the app, but it doesn't work and the urls are allways different.
Does anybody have an idea?

Best regards
Andre

preferences->webshield->select Scan secured connections from browsers only. There is no way how to selectively whitelist process/binary for webshield, but you can whitelist all non-browsers. And since prl_naptd seems to be a process which handles all networking for virtual images, you may have something fishy in the image...
Kind regards,
Ondrej

I've already selected "Scan secured connections from brwosers only", but it doesn't work.
The image is about 4 years old and avast never gives such a message before.

Best regards
