So I'm having trouble locating my device and when I log into my account on Avast, I get the following message
WE ARE SORRY, BUT DETAILED INFORMATION FOR DEVICE SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2 IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
No explanation why, no options except to remove the device.
I don't want to remove the device, I want to find it!!! What am I supposed to do?

Hi, are you using the standalone Anti-Theft (4.2.0)? This app is not supported any more (has not received any bugfixes for a long time), the only anti-theft solution we provide now is within the Avast Mobile Security Pro.

I have the same problem. But I can't uninstall anti theft - the uninstall and stop buttons are greyed out. Edit: Solution...http://www.coderzheaven.com/2012/09/14/uninstall-avast-anti-theft-android/
