Title: Wrong product from auto-renew?

My free trial ended on the 30th of November and I was charged $50 because of the auto-renewal. I don't mind it to be honest but the fact I was given "free antivirus" and was charged for it doesn't make sense. Why would anybody want a free product and get charged for it lol.

Is there something I can do to get the money back or is there somewhere I can request to get it fixed?
