Title: You're AV sucks, Exceptions don't work, and you've managed to cost me money now.

Yeah.

NICEHASH.

I get that you block mining programs because they are used by wankers trying to get an extra buck off other peoples PC's.  But the fact that even with exceptions for all the directories and files, in all aspects of your program from file shield to the base program.   It still is continuously finding and removing nice hash and all the miners.

Whats worse is when they go to the virus vault, half the time they wont restore, and if they do, it just picks them up again, EVEN WITH EXCEPTIONS.

The first day I had them working together, and everything was fine.    However, now I have a very expensive set up, constantly being hampered by your pathetic AV.

Yes,  it's a good idea to keep an eye out for mining programs, but hey, why not give me the option before removing it?  Why not ask me if its mine? Its also removing the settings for the program in the process - removing half the mining programs to boot.

So I disable your AV,   I reinstall, I set everything up again - and the next time i restart - bam.  Takes everything out.

I'm obviously changing software,   If your program can't tell between something I have MANUALLY installed and put nearly 30 exclusions on from directories and what not, frankly, on a program that most people could be running, by choice because its not a virus or malware, IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE IT.  FOR PERSONAL USE. Then your programs not worth running, is it.

p.o.s. caused me so much frustration, stop cutting corners and teaching your program that the end user is a idiot and it knows better.

And before you go all customer service on me, apologizing for how i've been put out.   Go fall on a sharp stick,  bum first.

Yeah, well thanks for giving me your opinion, telling me mines worthless and wasting my time in the process..

glad to know you'll do anything to pad your post count on an AV forum.

It makes it quite clear how small a person you are, with all that caring you're not doing while posting over and over in a thread which, by your own account has bugger all to do with you.

You can change the Web Shield and File Shield to ask mode via Settings and customizing the shield.

There are no bugs with exclusions - you may want to try a clean install by removing Avast using the avastclear tool since this normally happens to corrupt installations.

Avast should thank you for doing such a good job in letting everyone know just how good a job Avast does to keep krapp off your computer.

No wonder, you're not alone bud, exclusions do not work at least partially work. Shout-out to the devs, great job on screwing Avast AV. I really don't want to bother explaining and even reporting this issues but I'll gladly uninstall this crap and install Kaspersky Free. Exclusions do not work with adding the path to the damn false-positive file. Path added and here it is the damn AV reports the same file again and adds it to the chest. AWESOME!

Once the file was reported by this crap AV & put into the chest there isn't any way to restore it & ADD IT TO EXCLUSIONS. I just want to screw with it :D restore it, in a min here it back to the chest, restore it, back to the chest, restore it, back to the chest... THANKS !

With all the latest screw ups this company did and still does I really don't want to bother login in, explaining in further details and from this point even using this broken security software anymore.

There are no bugs with exclusions. Could you try an Avast repair and then try replicate the issue... a video would be helpful.

The virus chest is being worked on.

I'd like to see the example of an exclusion that doesn't work. Often people just don't use the "syntax" correctly.
