Title: Unable to allow software to access the Internet

Hi
I have the Internet security version and I have a little problem to set somthing.
I'm trying to allow internet connection to FileZile server but I have 2 seperate icons of the software, the first one is telling me that the software allow (with green) and the 2nd one is telling me that the software is blocked (with the block sign).
inside the "advaced settings" I have 2 seperate lines of Filezilla and both of them telling me that all the kind of connections are allowed.
The funy thing is when I'm trying to connect the ftp server from outside IP everything is great but from local connection I can't.

Is firewall profile in private or puplic?
