Title: [Regression] Right-click scan does not work while AvastUI is opened

An regression bug, the right-click (context-menu) scan does not work while AvastUI is opened. This happens on new UI (UI with "Scans" and "Main Shield" menu).

A Japanese user reported this issue on 17.8.2318 (stable) and I confirmed this on 17.9.2320 (beta).

Hi NON, it (kind of) works for me.

You get the result of the scan in notification center.
And after closing the GUI, you also get the pop-up.

Hi Asyn, for me the scan itself does not start at all (no notification icon). If I try hard, sometimes works though... :P

It seems to run in the background, no idea if it's desired/expected behavior, though.
