Hi,
we are very sorry for your troubles. If you could provide us with the log files from this path: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Tuneup\log\ we could analyze the issue and fix it.
You can upload the logs on some of your favourite file server or you can use our public FTP: ftp.avast.com/ftp/incoming/ and login as anonymous user.
