Despite declaring that the product would not do this it has deleted every single download i have ever done & paid for on my computer.
Me & many others need a fix now.
If the only way to contact you is thru asking for a refund then we will all have to do that. Possibly as a class action depending on the damage this app does.
Your customers really need help here immediately & you need to support us now with a fix. 21/12/17
