Title: GUI still shows full scan 0% even when completed
Post by: rocksteady on December 21, 2017, 11:44:16 AM
I know this is an old bug but would have thought it would have been fixed by now considering the number of updates this year.
I ran a full scan last night. Scan GUI window showed circular motion but 0% throughout. If GUI window minimised a tray popup appears. This eventually correctly shows full scan % progress. If you then select "details" you get back to full window which still stuck at 0%. I let scan run to completion. Minimised pupup says "Done" but full window still showing 0%. Scan history shows scan compeleted.
I guess fewer people do full scans now, but would expect devs to have picked up this old reported issue by now. I live in hope.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Hi Ed, it's fixed in V17.9 (still in beta).

Thanks Asyn.
Was just invited to do an update by GUI. 17.9 installed and running. Tested Full Scan quickly and see main window % completed is now incremented same as minimised pop-up window. I didn't run scan to completion due to lack of time, but trust it will go up to 100% now without hiccup. Glad that is sorted.
