I have asked a couple of times for the password that I don't ever remember setting. I'm a user for years. I understand protection, but seriously! you don't plan to help me after more than one request? I wanted to do a system restore, desperately, and YOUR program would not let me without the password. NOW I would like to know how to completely REMOVE, DELETE, and never hear from your program again. I have already installed a different program, so I am good to go. Just need yours to go away. You have made me very very angry. Please respond to my email because I don't want to have to even come here again. dian_a_mite @ yahoo. com
