Title: No INSTALL or BACK button on custom install screen

I am new to Avast, this is my first install. I am trying to do a custom install, but when I get to the custom screen there are no INSTALL or BACK buttons, so there is no possibility to continue the installation. Only option is the ESC key and give up.
Anyone any suggestions?

What is your screen resolution please? try pressing ENTER..
