Title: Blocked file

Avast keeps blocking a file that I need and gets updated everyday. I've added it to exclusion list but that still does not prevent it from being blocked. I've also tried to restore to default settings. Only thing that works is disabling shields until file gets updated. Any suggestions. Thank you

what does avast say when blocking? ... all info given by avast

did you also try adding it in the behavior shield list?
