Title: trying to upload profile picture, server not responding. For about 5 days, now

I'm trying to upload a new profile picture from my collection of jpgs on my desktop (running Windows 10) and after clicking SAVE I get a message saying Server not responding, please try later. Joke is this has been happening for five days already. What gives??
