Hi ! I have a very big problem.

I do not receive any notification on my mobile device when I want to use the One touch connexion feature. I tried everything to solve the problem. But it stilss not working out. I don't what to do anymore.  :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Could you please share platform of you mobile device and avast passwords version on mobile (can be found in settings of avast passwords). thx

same here
started around time of year change
no any major system updates at the time problem arise
Huawei Honor 8
Android 7.0
Paid password app version 1.5.4
Avast Premier Desktop version (if password is not standalone app) 17.9.2322

Tried reinstall and paired devices again

I have checked server part and our systems doesn't indicate any issue with One touch login. I'm passing this to our mobile QA to follow up with investigation.

it looks like we have an issue with OneTouchLogin on some devices. We are working on fix now.
